KowloonHosting ensure the security and management of the node server, as well as technical assistance to its resellers. We do not provide however end-user support (where our reseller clients could open support tickets directly to us through an unbranded or reseller branded portal). Resellers are responsible for providing basic support to their clients. For advanced issues which they cannot handle or require server access, resellers are welcome to open a support ticket to us for assistance.
